This one is a game-changer. Renthal has utilized its 50+ years of experience in design, testing, and racing to develop their strongest AND lightest Fatbar, ever. Introducing the Renthal Fatbar 36. Using Renthal's new exclusive Zarilium® material, this new handlebar is 36% lighter than their standard 28mm diameter bar. The 36mm clamping diameter tapers down to a conventional 22mm control section, so don't worry about widening your grip. Everyone knows lighter=faster. Want to be faster? You know what to do.
Why does weight matter so much?
You are working against the weight of the motorcycle every time you accelerate, brake, corner, jump, etc. The 36% weight reduction (hence the name 'Fatbar36') improves performance in all of these aspects, which means improved times.
What exactly is Zarilium®?
It is an all-new aluminum alloy exclusive to Renthal. It's improved chemical composition of Zinc, Copper, and Magnesium provide 20% greater stensile strengh than their already-class-leading 7010T6 aluminum alloy. This material is exclusive to Renthal.
